Most writing about solar in Pakistan is either a sales pitch or a generic explainer. This blog is neither. It is written by the engineers who run Solar Performance Cloud and WattEY — the platform that independently monitors commercial and industrial solar across Pakistan, string by string — so what you read here comes from real systems, not brochures.

Four kinds of writing live here, and every figure is measured or cited — never invented:

• Field reports — recurring findings from our own monitoring data: what actually breaks on Pakistani solar, how often, and what it costs the owner.
• Analysis — straight answers to the questions a commercial or industrial owner actually asks: is my solar underperforming, what does O&M really cost, in-house vs independent monitoring.
• News — what changes in Pakistan’s energy rules mean for a business: net metering and net billing, tariffs, battery storage, and import duties.
• Case studies — named client stories, published only with consent, showing what independent monitoring found and fixed.
